Hi everyone, WEll this is our last night in nanning. I can't say we are sorry about that. There hasn't been alot to do here but today we hired a car to take us to the YiLine Caves about an hour from town. We got there and nobody spoke english at all, but we finally figured out the "cave guide" took us through this kind of cultural something, not even sure what to call it. We think it was for the Zhuong minority people and it was kind of like a tribal initiation. It was really funny. We had to jump though the reed that the bang on the ground, they gave us a show and then they sang to us, after a while they kept telling us something and our guide managed to tell us we had to sing a song to them. We couldn't think of anything so we sang Old Macdonald had a farm. Thank goodness they had no idea what we were saying excepet i am sure they got the animal sound. We finally made it to the caves, I guess we passed the test and they really were beautiful. Tomorrow morning we booked a car again to take us to a village that they film chinese movies
in. At 6:00 we fly to Guangzhou. Darsee is doing great, she probably thinks she has been stuck with a bunch of crazy people dragging her around everywhere but I hope she will adjust. This is pretty much our life. She sleeps really well, YEAH!!! She does have a temper though we have found out. She doesn't like anything being taken away from her and she will let you know it. Boy and I glad that will NEVER happen around here. WE are really ready to see everyone. Take care. Love David and DARRa
